The Game Shelf does not ship products at this time. All online orders are expected to be picked up in person during normal business hours.
Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of purchase for unopened products that are accompanied by a receipt. The exception to this is for purchases made in November or December. Those purchases can be returned until January 31 of the following calendar year.
Returned products are expected to be in new condition. Condition is identified at the sole discretion of The Game Shelf staff. Refunds will only be applied via the original payment method. The monetary value of returned gifts will be applied to a gift card for The Game Shelf. Gift cards are not refundable.
If you have a defective product, please contact the manufacturer directly unless the product was produced by one of the Asmodee family of companies. Game manufacturers are usually very good about sending appropriate replacements in a timely manner. Please return Asmodee products directly to The Game Shelf within the period described above.
